• In case of bad weather, KL Tower permits rescheduling within seven days from the original visit date for all its attractions. Please approach the staff at the ticketing counters for a revisitation slip; otherwise, your rescheduling request cannot be honoured, and no refunds will be provided.

- The TH04 indoor observation deck is currently closed for maintenance until further notice.
- Kindly be informed that on 14-19 May 2025 pipe relocation works will take place at the Sky Terrace, this may temporarily affect visitors' experience at the Sky Terrace, as certain areas will be visually obstructed and access may be limited.
